# Zapmail

> Zapmail (by Outbox Labs Inc.) is an all-in-one cold-email infrastructure platform: buy domains, provision Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes with automated DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm them up, monitor deliverability, and connect them to sending tools like Instantly, Smartlead and ReachInbox. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes range from $3.90/mailbox/month on the entry tier billed monthly down to $2.50/mailbox/month on the top tier billed annually.

Zapmail exists so outbound teams do not have to hand-configure domains, DNS records and mailboxes one by one. Setup is OAuth-driven and automated end to end; pre-warmed domains and mailboxes let campaigns start on day one instead of after a multi-week warm-up. Plans are mailbox bundles rather than pure per-seat, and every price is a monthly rate - the billing term only changes what that rate is. Three tiers, each priced identically for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: Starter (10 mailboxes included), Growth (30) and Pro (100, adding priority support and API access). Billed monthly they are $39, $99 and $299/month, with additional mailboxes at $3.50, $3.25 and $3.00. Billed quarterly, $35, $90 and $270/month, additional at $3.25, $3.00 and $2.70. Billed annually - the toggle is labelled 'Get 2 months free', i.e. ten months' cost for twelve - $32.50, $82.50 and $250/month, additional at $3.25, $2.75 and $2.50. So the cheapest per-mailbox rate, $2.50, is Pro on annual billing ($250/month for 100 included mailboxes), and the dearest, $3.90, is Starter billed monthly. Pre-warmed mailboxes are a separate line with first-month pricing: $39 for 3 mailboxes renewing at $24, $149 for 12 renewing at $84, $339 for 30 renewing at $180. Every plan carries the full feature set. Mailboxes are real Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 Business Starter accounts on US/EU IPs connected over OAuth — not SMTP relays or legacy/educational accounts — with one domain isolated per workspace.

The platform also ships free public tools for deliverability, DNS and AI email writing that require no sign-up.
